How it works

1. Declare Alesha as an attacker.
2. Alesha triggers, causing you to pay U/BU/B to return Sakashima the Impostor from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped and attacking as a legendary copy of Medomai the Ageless whose name is still Sakashima the Impostor.
3. Deal combat damage using Sakashima the Impostor.
4. Sakashima the Impostor triggers, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
5. Activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing Sakashima the Impostor
6. Repeat each turn.

This clever loop bypasses Medomai the Ageless's restriction against attacking during extra turns by turning Sakashima the Impostor into a copy whose unique name lets it sneak around the clause. By utilizing Alesha, Who Smiles at Death, you can repeatedly resurrect that cloned threat straight from the graveyard onto the battlefield tapped and attacking every single combat phase. Once the creature connects to generate an extra turn, Umbral Collar Zealot neatly sends it back to the graveyard via sacrifice—letting you surveil the top of your library in the process—so Alesha can bring it right back to do it all over again.
