How it works

1. Activate Nemata's first ability by paying 2, creating three 1/1 Saproling creature tokens.
2. Activate the Saprolings by tapping them, adding 2.
3. Repeat.

This engine uses Nemata, Grove Guardian as a mana-generating pump source, but its real multiplier is Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation, which triples every token we create into a massive army of three Saprolings instead of one. Insidious Roots rewards this flurry of token generation by giving every Plant the ability to tap for mana of any color, helping fund Nemata's activation costs while passively bolstering your board with +1/+1 counters as the game progresses. Meanwhile, Urabrask the Hidden ensures your newly spawned token army enters the battlefield ready for action with haste, all while neatly slowing down your opponents by forcing their creatures to enter the battlefield tapped.
