How it works

1. Declare Brago and Combat Celebrant as attackers, choosing to exert Combat Celebrant as it attacks.
2. Combat Celebrant triggers, untapping all other creatures you control and to get an additional combat phase after this one.
3. Deal combat damage to an opponent using Brago.
4. Brago triggers, blinking Combat Celebrant.
5. Repeat each combat phase.

This elegant loop turns a royal decree of displacement into an endless march of war by pairing Brago, King Eternal with the aggressive zeal of Combat Celebrant. When you declare attackers and choose to exert Combat Celebrant, it grants you an additional combat phase while leaving Brago free to strike an opponent and trigger his blinking ability. Because Urabrask the Hidden ensures that the freshly blinked Combat Celebrant re-enters the battlefield without suffering from summoning sickness (thanks to granting your team haste), it can safely be exerted again in the next combat step to repeat the cycle indefinitely.
