How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Diving Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
3. Sai triggers, creating a 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token.
4. Activate the Thopter token by tapping it, adding that can only be spent to cast spells from anywhere except your hand.
5. Repeat.

This crafty loop transforms a simple spinning top into an engine of boundless card draw and thopter generation. With Mm'menon, the Right Hand granting your artifacts a mana-producing tap ability restricted to non-hand spells, you can easily pay for Sensei's Divining Top each time you cast it from the top of your library. Meanwhile, Sai, Master Thopterist rewards every single one of those artifact casts by churning out a 1/1 Thopter, which promptly taps for the exact mana needed to keep the cycle spinning. Though Urabrask the Hidden doesn't directly enter the mana loop, his presence ensures those newly minted thopters hit the battlefield ready for action, rounding out a brilliant display of artifact synergy.
