How it works

1. Cast Body of Research by paying , creating a 0/0 Fractal creature token, and then putting a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to your deck size.
2. When the Fractal enters the battlefield, Doom Weaver's soulbond ability triggers, pairing it and the Fractal.
3. Kill the Fractal.
4. The Fractal triggers, causing you to draw cards equal to its power.

This clever pairing relies on the sheer, staggering size of the Fractal token generated by Body of Research to convert a single death into a massive influx of cards. Because Doom Weaver's soulbond ability links the two creatures together the moment the token enters the battlefield, the Fractal inherits Doom Weaver's triggered ability granting card draw equal to its power upon death. Since Body of Research scales its +1/+1 counters directly to the number of cards remaining in your library, that colossal power means sacrificing or destroying the Fractal immediately draws you your entire deck in one fell swoop.
