How it works

1. Cast Body of Research by paying , creating a 0/0 Fractal creature token, then putting a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to your eck size.
2. Give the Fractal token haste, if needed.
3. Activate Sokrates by tapping it, targeting the Fractal token.
4. Declare the Fractal token as an attacker, attacking an opponent unable to block it.
5. When the Fractal token would deal combat damage, instead prevent that damage. The defending player draws cards equal to the Fractal's power, rounded down, while you will draw double that many cards due to Teferi's Ageless Insight.

This grand transmutation begins by casting Body of Research, conjuring a massive Fractal token whose size matches the vastness of your library. We then turn to Sokrates, Athenian Teacher, whose hexproof keeps him safe while his tap ability rewrites the combat rules for your giant creation. When the Fractal swings unblocked, its lethal combat damage is prevented, transforming that devastation into a cascade of shared card draw. Because Teferi's Ageless Insight sits on your board doubling every card you draw, you will rapidly draw through your entire deck while your opponent is flooded right along with you.
