How it works

1. Cast Body of Research by paying , creating a 0/0 Fractal creature token and putting a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to your deck size.
2. Activate Felothar by paying 3, tapping it and sacrificing the Fractal, causing you to draw cards equal to the Fractal's toughness and discard cards equal to its power - causing you to draw your library and then discard that many cards.
