How it works

1. Activate the land's cycling ability by paying 0 due to Fluctuator and discarding it.
2. When you cycle the land, Escape Protocol and Surly Badgersaur trigger.
3. Resolve Surly Badgersaur's ability, creating a Treasure token.
4. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding (1).
5. Resolve Escape Protocol's ability, paying 1 to blink Elvish Regrower.
6. When Elvish Regrower enters, it triggers, returning the cycled land from your graveyard to your hand.
7. Resolve the activated ability from step 1, drawing a card.
