How it works

1. Activate the land's cycling ability by paying 0 due to Fluctuator and discarding it.
2. When you cycle the land, Escape Protocol and Surly Badgersaur trigger.
3. Resolve Surly Badgersaur's ability, creating a Treasure token.
4. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding (1).
5. Resolve Escape Protocol's ability, paying 1 to blink Vanille.
6. When Vanille enters, it triggers, causing you to mill two cards and return the cycled land from your graveyard to your hand.
7. Resolve the activated ability from step 1, drawing a card.
