How it works

1. Activate Smoldering Crater's cycling ability by paying 0 and discarding it.
2. Bone Miser, Smoldering Crater, and Escape Protocol trigger.
3. Resolve the Bone Miser trigger, adding .
4. Resolve the Smoldering Crater trigger, drawing a card.
5. Resolve the Escape Protocol trigger, causing you to pay 1 to blink Cartographer.
6. Cartographer enters the battlefield, returning Smoldering Crater from your graveyard to your hand.
7. Repeat.
