How it works

1. Activate Ignis by paying 1, blinking it.
2. When Ignis enters, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Ignis.
4. Resolve the Ignis trigger, causing you to look at the top six cards of your library and put a land card from among them onto the battlefield.
5. If you put a land onto the battlefield this way, Nissa and Amulet of Vigor trigger.
6. Resolve the Nissa trigger, adding .
7. Resolve the Amulet of Vigor trigger, untapping the land that entered
8. Activate the land by tapping it, adding at least 1.
9. Repeat.

This loop turns Deadeye Navigator's repeatable blink into an engine by pairing it with Ignis Scientia, using Amulet of Vigor to instantly untap whatever land Ignis brings into play so it can be tapped right back for mana. Nissa, Resurgent Animist acts as the vital mana-producing engine piece during this sequence, generating a mana of any color every time a land enters the battlefield. With the extra mana and untaps secured, you can continuously pay to blink Ignis Scientia over and over, while also using I've Come Up with a New Recipe! as another tool in the deck utilizing that same card's presence to exile graveyards and churn out Food tokens.
