How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Ojer Kaslem, adding CC.
2. When Ojer Kaslem dies, it triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield as Temple of Cultivation.
3. When Temple of Cultivation enters the battlefield, Amulet of Vigor and Nissa trigger.
4. Resolve the Amulet of Vigor trigger, untapping Temple of Cultivation.
5. Resolve the Nissa trigger, adding .
6. Activate Temple of Cultivation's second ability by paying 2 and tapping it, transforming Temple of Cultivation into Ojer Kaslem.
7. Repeat.

This ingenious loop relies on turning Ojer Kaslem, Deepest Growth into a self-sustaining engine of sacrifice and rebirth. By feeding Ojer Kaslem, Deepest Growth to Ashnod's Altar, you generate the raw mana needed while triggering its own death ability to return it to the battlefield transformed as Temple of Cultivation. The presence of Amulet of Vigor ensures that Temple of Cultivation enters untapped (or immediately untaps), allowing it to tap for mana which is further supplemented by Nissa, Resurgent Animist's landfall trigger. Finally, you can use that accumulated mana along with Temple of Cultivation's activated ability to transform it right back into Ojer Kaslem, Deepest Growth, ready to be sacrificed to the altar all over again.
