How it works

1. Activate Sakura-Tribe Scout by tapping it, putting Azorius Chancery onto the battlefield from your hand.
2. When Azorius Chancery enters the battlefield, it and Amulet of Vigor trigger.
3. Resolve the Amulet of Vigor trigger, untapping Azorius Chancery.
4. Activate Azorius Chancery by tapping it, adding .
5. Resolve the Azorius Chancery trigger from step 2, returning it to your hand from the battlefield.
6. Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying , untapping Sakura-Tribe Scout.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop harnesses the power of Sakura-Tribe Scout to continuously cheat Azorius Chancery straight into play from your hand. While Azorius Chancery normally slows you down by entering the battlefield tapped and forcing you to bounce a land back, Amulet of Vigor completely negates that downside by immediately untapping it so you can tap it for mana. Meanwhile, Pemmin's Aura is enchanted onto Sakura-Tribe Scout, providing the exact blue mana you need to endlessly untap the Scout and repeat the entire cycle.
