How it works

1. Activate Sakura-Tribe Scout by tapping it, putting Dimir Aqueduct onto the battlefield from your hand.
2. When Dimir Aqueduct enters the battlefield, it and Amulet of Vigor trigger.
3. Resolve the Amulet of Vigor trigger, untapping Dimir Aqueduct.
4. Activate Dimir Aqueduct by tapping it, adding .
5. Resolve the Dimir Aqueduct trigger from step 2, returning it to your hand from the battlefield.
6. Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying , untapping Sakura-Tribe Scout.
7. Repeat.

Amulet of Vigor is the crucial static enabler that overrides Dimir Aqueduct's natural drawback, allowing the land to instantly untap upon entry so it can be tapped for mana before its own trigger forces it back to your hand.
