How it works

1. Activate Sakura-Tribe Scout by tapping it, putting Izzet Boilerworks onto the battlefield from your hand.
2. When Izzet Boilerworks enters the battlefield, it and Amulet of Vigor trigger.
3. Resolve the Amulet of Vigor trigger, untapping Izzet Boilerworks.
4. Activate Izzet Boilerworks by tapping it, adding .
5. Resolve the Izzet Boilerworks trigger from step 2, returning it to your hand from the battlefield.
6. Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying , untapping Sakura-Tribe Scout.
7. Repeat.

This elegant loop turns a humble bounce land into an infinite mana engine by turning its own drawback into fuel. With Amulet of Vigor on the battlefield, the Izzet Boilerworks you drop into play enters tapped and immediately untaps itself, allowing you to tap it for red and blue mana before its own triggered ability forces it back to your hand. Meanwhile, Sakura-Tribe Scout easily cheats that same land back into play over and over again, while Pemmin's Aura pays for its own activation costs using the generated blue mana to untap the Scout and repeat the entire process indefinitely.
