How it works

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Ancient Adamantoise.
2. When Ancient Adamantoise dies, it and Sword of the Realms trigger.
3. Resolve the Sword of the Realms trigger, returning Ancient Adamantoise from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Resolve the Ancient Adamantoise trigger, creating ten tapped Treasure tokens.
5. When the Treasures enter, Amulet of Vigor triggers ten times, untapping the Treasures.
6. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
7. Activate the Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 6.
8. Cast Ancient Adamantoise by paying 5.
9. Activate Sword of the Realms by paying 1, attaching it to Ancient Adamantoise.
10. Repeat.
