How it works

1. Cast Ugin's Conjurant by paying 0.
2. Ugin's Conjurant enters the battlefield and dies as a state-based action due to having zero toughness.
3. Mortuary and Amareth trigger.
4. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Ugin's Conjurant on top of your library from your graveyard.
5. Resolve the Amareth trigger, causing you to reveal Ugin's Conjurant from the top of your library and put it into your hand.
6. Repeat.

By casting Ugin's Conjurant for zero mana, you immediately send it to the graveyard as a state-based action, which triggers Mortuary to conveniently tuck the creature right back onto the top of your library. This endless recycling loop is supercharged by Amareth, the Lustrous, whose passive trigger constantly checks your library's top card against the entering permanent, letting you effortlessly draw the Conjurant straight back into your hand to repeat the cycle.
