How it works

1. Deal damage to Frilled Deathspitter.
2. Frilled Deathspitter and Repercussion trigger.
3. Resolve the Frilled Deathspitter trigger, dealing damage to an applicable target.
4. Resolve the Repercussion trigger, dealing damage to Frilled Deathspitter instead of you due to Pariah's Shield.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This loop transforms a single spark of damage into a devastating chain reaction by turning your own creature into a lightning rod. Once Frilled Deathspitter is equipped with Pariah's Shield, any damage redirected to it triggers its Enrage ability to strike your opponent while simultaneously feeding Repercussion. Because Repercussion would normally deal that same damage back to your controller, the Shield steps in to catch it, dealing the damage right back to Frilled Deathspitter and restarting the entire cycle for an endless loop of fiery retribution.
