How it works

1. Activate Mite Overseer by paying 3W/P, creating two creature tokens.
2. When the creature tokens enter the battlefield, Daxos triggers twice, causing you to gain 2 life.
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the creature tokens, adding CCCC.
4. When the creature tokens die, Daxos triggers twice, causing you to gain 2 life.
5. Repeat.

This loop relies on Mite Overseer as your token-factory engine, whose activation costs are easily sustained once you feed its output into Ashnod's Altar. Quina, Qu Gourmet amplifies every activation by appending a Frog token to your creation, ensuring that the total sacrifice value outpaces the activation cost. Meanwhile, Daxos, Blessed by the Sun tracks this endless cycle of arrivals and departures, converting every entry and demise into a steady stream of lifegain.
