How it works

1. Gain any amount of life.
2. Trudge Garden triggers, causing you to pay 2 to create a 4/4 Fungus Beast creature token.
3. When the Fungus Beast enters, Daxos triggers, causing you to gain 1 life.
4. Trudge Garden triggers. Choose not to pay.
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Fungus Beast, adding 1.
6. When the Fungus Beast dies, Daxos and Pitiless Plunderer trigger.
7. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token.
8. Holding priority, activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding 1.
9. Resolve the Daxos trigger, causing you to gain life.
10. Repeat from step 2.
