How it works

1. Cast Gingerbrute by paying 1.
2. When Gingerbrute enters the battlefield, Samwise triggers, creating two Clue, two Food and two Treasure tokens.
3. Activate the two Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 2.
4. Activate Samwise by sacrificing Gingerbrute and the two Foods, returning Syr Ginger to your hand from the battlefield.
5. Cast Syr Ginger by paying 2.
6. When Syr Ginger enters the battlefield, Samwise triggers, creating two Clue, two Food and two Treasure tokens.
7. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding 1.
8. Activate Samwise by sacrificing Syr Ginger and the two Foods, returning Gingerbrute to your hand from the battlefield.
9. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Academy Manufactor and Parallel Lives working in tandem to multiply every token Samwise Gamgee tries to make into an overwhelming horde of Food, Clues, and Treasures. With that massive influx of artifacts, you can easily tap and sacrifice the generated Treasures to fund Samwise’s ability, using your accumulated Food to continuously recur Gingerbrute and Syr Ginger from the graveyard. As each creature repeatedly bounces back and forth between your hand and the battlefield, Syr Ginger happily grows larger from all the artifacts hitting the graveyard, while Academy Manufactor and Parallel Lives ensure your resource pool never runs dry.
