How it works

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Patron of the Arts, adding .
2. Patron of the Arts dies, triggering itself and Enduring Renewal.
3. Resolve the Patron of the Arts trigger, creating a Treasure token.
4. Resolve the Enduring Renewal trigger, returning Patron of the Arts from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding 1.
6. Cast Patron of the Arts by paying 2.
7. Patron of the Arts enters the battlefield, creating a Treasure token.
8. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding 1.
