How it works

1. Cast Vishgraz either from your hand or from the command zone by paying 2 plus commander tax, if applicable.
2. When Vishgraz enters the battlefield, it triggers twice, creating six 1/1 Phyrexian Mite artifact creature tokens.
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Vishgraz, adding .
4. When Vishgraz dies, Enduring Renewal triggers, returning Vishgraz from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar four times by sacrificing four Phyrexian Mites, adding 2.
6. Repeat.

This loop turns your commander into a self-sustaining engine by leveraging Enduring Renewal to instantly bounce Vishgraz, the Doomhive back to your hand every time it hits the graveyard.
