How it works

1. Cast Vishgraz either from your hand or from the command zone by paying 2 plus commander tax, if applicable.
2. When Vishgraz enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating six 1/1 Phyrexian Mite artifact creature tokens.
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Vishgraz, adding .
4. When Vishgraz dies, Enduring Renewal triggers, returning Vishgraz from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar four times by sacrificing four Phyrexian Mites, adding 2.
6. Repeat.

This loop relies on Enduring Renewal's replacement effect to instantly recur Vishgraz, the Doomhive straight back to your hand the moment it hits the graveyard. While Phyrexian Altar provides the sacrifice outlet needed to trigger that return and generates the exact mana required to recast Vishgraz, Parallel Lives acts as a powerful multiplier that doubles the number of Phyrexian Mite tokens entering the battlefield. By sacrificing those extra Mites to the Altar along with Vishgraz, you easily sustain the loop while generating an infinite surplus of colored mana, death triggers, and artifact tokens.
