How it works

1. Activate Megatog by sacrificing the creature with Deathrender attached.
2. When the creature dies, Enduring Renewal and Deathrender trigger.
3. Resolve the Enduring Renewal trigger, returning the creature from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Resolve the Deathrender trigger, putting the creature from your hand onto the battlefield, and attaching Deathrender to it.
5. Resolve the Megatog ability, giving it +3/+3 until end of turn.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop turns Megatog into an insatiable engine of destruction by exploiting a clever interplay between the graveyard and the battlefield. When you feed your equipped creature to Megatog, Deathrender triggers upon its death to catch the falling threat, while Enduring Renewal simultaneously catches it in transit to ensure the creature bounces straight back to your hand instead of staying down. From there, Deathrender immediately pulls that same creature right back onto the battlefield equipped and ready to be sacrificed all over again, fueling Megatog for an infinitely large strike.
