How it works

  1. Cast Vishgraz either from your hand or from the command zone by paying 2W manaB manaG mana plus commander tax, if applicable.
  2. When Vishgraz enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating six 1/1 Phyrexian Mite artifact creature tokens.
  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Vishgraz, adding W mana.
  4. When Vishgraz dies, Enduring Renewal triggers, returning Vishgraz from your graveyard to your hand.
  5. Activate Phyrexian Altar four times by sacrificing four Phyrexian Mites, adding 2B manaG mana.
  6. Repeat.
  7. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the creature, adding one mana of any color.
  8. When the creature dies, Enduring Renewal triggers, returning the creature from your graveyard to your hand.
  9. Cast the creature by paying its mana cost.
  10. Repeat.
