How it works

1. Activate Lithatog's first ability by sacrificing the creature with Deathrender attached.
2. When the creature dies, Enduring Renewal and Deathrender trigger.
3. Resolve the Enduring Renewal trigger, returning the creature from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Resolve the Deathrender trigger, putting the creature from your hand onto the battlefield, and attaching Deathrender to it.
5. Resolve the Lithatog ability, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
6. Repeat.

This crafty loop turns the sacrifice outlet Lithatog into an engine for infinite carnage by exploiting a clever loop between Enduring Renewal and Deathrender. When you feed your equipped creature to Lithatog, Deathrender’s trigger allows you to instantly drop that same creature back onto the battlefield from your hand, while Enduring Renewal ensures it never actually stays dead by bouncing it right to your hand the moment it hits the graveyard. Because Enduring Renewal also alters your draws to reveal your library instead, you can safely play with your hand revealed while repeating this cycle infinitely to pump Lithatog to astronomical proportions and trigger any entering, leaving, or dying effects you need to win the game.
