How it works

1. Move to your cleanup step.
2. Discard down to your maximum hand size, ensuring to discard Blazing Rootwalla.
3. Blazing Rootwalla is discarded into exile, triggering its madness ability, causing you to pay 0 to cast it from exile.
4. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Blazing Rootwalla.
5. When Blazing Rootwalla dies, Enduring Renewal triggers, returning Blazing Rootwalla from your graveyard to your hand.
6. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability, dealing 1 damage to any target.
7. Once the stack is empty and all players pass priority, another cleanup step occurs.
8. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop turns the cleanup step into an infinite firing range by exploiting the unique interaction between discard mechanics and Enduring Renewal. Because Enduring Renewal forces you to reveal your draws and prevents you from actually drawing creature cards, your hand size stays static until you purposely discard during your cleanup step. When you toss Blazing Rootwalla into the graveyard, its madness ability lets you cast it for zero mana, putting it right back under your control. From there, you simply feed the lizard to Goblin Bombardment, which triggers Enduring Renewal to safely bounce the Blazing Rootwalla straight back to your hand so you can repeat the entire cycle endlessly.
