How it works

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Shambling Ghast.
2. When Shambling Ghast dies, it and Enduring Renewal trigger.

4. Resolve the Shambling Ghast trigger, creating a Treasure artifact token.
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability from step 1, causing target player to mill cards equal to Shambling Ghast's power.
6. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
7. Cast Shambling Ghast by paying .
8. Repeat.
