How it works

1. Cast Vishgraz by paying 2.
2. When Vishgraz enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating six 1/1 Phyrexian Mite artifact creature tokens.
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Vishgraz, adding .
4. When Vishgraz dies, Enduring Renewal triggers, returning Vishgraz from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar four times by sacrificing four Phyrexian Mites, adding 2.
6. Repeat.

This loop relies on Enduring Renewal's replacement effect to continuously rescue your creatures from the graveyard whenever they perish, turning every trip to the graveyard straight back into card access. By casting Vishgraz, the Doomhive, you flood the board with Phyrexian Mites, whose numbers are aggressively doubled by Adrix and Nev, Twincasters's static replacement effect. You then feed Vishgraz and a portion of those Mites into Phyrexian Altar to generate the exact mana needed to replay your commander, instantly fueling an infinite engine of mana, tokens, and death triggers.
