How it works

1. Draw a card, either with your draw step or by casting a card draw spell, which triggers Horizon Chimeria and gains you a life.
2. Gaining a life triggers Lich's Mastery, drawing a card.
3. Repeat to draw your library.
4. You do not lose the game after drawing your last card because Lich's Mastery is on the battlefield.

This delightful self-sustaining loop relies on a brilliant life-and-draw exchange between Horizon Chimera and Lich's Mastery. The moment you draw a single card, Horizon Chimera's ability triggers to grant you 1 life, which in turn triggers Lich's Mastery to draw you another card in an endless, looping cascade. Because Lich's Mastery also grants hexproof and ensures you simply can't lose the game, you are safely protected from decking out while you cycle through your entire library to find a win condition.
