How it works
Cast Stalactite Dagger by paying 2.
When Stalactite Dagger enters, it triggers, creating a 1/1 Shapeshifter creature token with changeling.
When the Shapeshifter enters, Haru triggers, earthbending Stalactite Dagger, as it's a land due to Toph.
Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Stalactite Dagger.
When Stalactite Dagger dies, Haru triggers, returning Stalactite Dagger from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 once.
Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
Repeat from step 4.
This clever loop transforms a humble piece of equipment into a self-sustaining engine by capitalizing on Toph, the First Metalbender's static ability, which cleverly turns your non-token artifacts into lands. When you cast Stalactite Dagger, its entry creates a Shapeshifter token with changeling that counts as an Ally, instantly triggering Haru, Hidden Talent to earthbend the Dagger into an animate land-creature. You can then feed that very same Stalactite Dagger into Phantom Train as a sacrifice to fuel its ability, which conveniently sends the Dagger to the graveyard where Haru's earthbend clause rescues it right back to the battlefield. Because the Dagger re-enters as an artifact, it triggers itself anew, allowing you to cycle it endlessly for infinite sacrifices, token triggers, and landfalls.
