How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Pyreheart Wolf, adding CC.
2. When Pyreheart Wolf dies, its undying ability and Necrosynthesis trigger.
3. Resolve the Pyreheart Wolf trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter and a vigilance counter on it.
4. Resolve the Necrosynthesis trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Tayam.
5. Activate Tayam by paying 3, removing a +1/+1 counter from Tayam, and both counters from Pyreheart Wolf.
6. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Pyreheart Wolf, adding CC.
7. Repeat steps 2-4 one additional time.
8. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Pyreheart Wolf, adding CC.
9. Resolve Tayam's ability from step 5, causing you to mill three cards and returning Pyreheart Wolf from your graveyard to the battlefield.
10. Repeat.

This engine turns Pyreheart Wolf and Ashnod's Altar into a self-sustaining sacrifice loop, constantly generating colorless mana while the wolf bounces back and forth between the battlefield and the graveyard. Necrosynthesis acts as a crucial counter-accumulator, ensuring that when the wolf dies, it feeds the resources needed for Tayam, Luminous Enigma to continually dig through your library, mill your deck, and pluck cheap permanent cards straight back onto the battlefield. Thanks to Tayam's static ability, the wolf always returns with an extra vigilance counter to help pay the activation cost, tying the entire recycling loop together into an infinite engine.
