How it works

1. Activate Wildwood Mentor using Triskelavus's first ability by paying 1 and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Triskelavite artifact creature token.
2. When the Triskelavite enters the battlefield, Wildwood Mentor's first ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself.
3. Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrificing the Triskelavite, adding CC.
4. Repeat.
5. Once you have infinite mana, you may forego sacrificing the Triskelavites, or activate their own abilities.

This ingenious loop relies on Agatha's Soul Cauldron to grant the activated ability of Triskelavus to Wildwood Mentor, turning the Mentor into a token-producing engine that feeds directly on its own creations. By paying the mana cost to activate Triskelavus's ability from beneath the Cauldron, you create a Triskelavite token whose entry triggers Wildwood Mentor to grow a +1/+1 counter. Sacrificing that very same token to Krark-Clan Ironworks yields more than enough colorless mana to repeat the process indefinitely, generating an infinite supply of tokens, death triggers, and colored or colorless mana.
