How it works

1. Activate Will by tapping it, reducing the cost of all white and/or blue spells you cast this turn by at least 2.
2. Cast Whim of Volrath with buyback by paying due to Will's ability, targeting any permanent.
3. Sedgemoor Witch triggers, creating a 1/1 Pest creature token.
4. Resolve Whim of Volrath, returning it to your hand.
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Pest, adding .
6. When the Pest dies, it triggers, causing you to gain 1 life.
7. Repeat from step 2.

Because Will discounts your white and/or blue spells based on life gained, and you are continuously gaining life from the dying tokens, you can pay just {U} to cast Whim of Volrath over and over again with its buyback cost. Every time you cast that instant, Sedgemoor Witch triggers to spawn a Pest token, which you can immediately sacrifice to Phyrexian Altar for the mana needed to repeat the process. The Pest's death triggers the life gain that keeps Will's cost reduction active, effortlessly generating an endless storm of magical energy, sacrifices, and life.
