How it works

1. Activate Will by tapping it, reducing the cost of all white and/or blue spells you cast this turn by at least 2.
2. Cast Whim of Volrath with buyback by paying due to Will's ability, targeting any permanent.
3. Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating a Treasure artifact token.
4. Resolve Whim of Volrath, returning it to your hand.
5. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
6. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop relies on Will, Scion of Peace to heavily discount your white and/or blue spells based on life you've gained, allowing you to cast Whim of Volrath with its buyback cost essentially for free. As you repeatedly cast and return the spell to your hand, Storm-Kiln Artist's magecraft ability triggers with every single iteration to continuously generate a steady stream of Treasure tokens. Sacrificing those very same Treasures then fuels the exact blue mana needed to keep the cycle going forever, accumulating an infinite storm count and endless artifact triggers along the way.
