How it works

1. Activate Will by tapping it, reducing the cost of all white and/or blue spells you cast this turn by at least 2.
2. Cast Mystic Speculation with buyback by paying due to Will's ability, targeting any permanent.
3. Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating a Treasure artifact token.
4. Resolve Mystic Speculation, causing you to scry 3 and return it to your hand.
5. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
6. Repeat from step 2.

This loop turns a simple divination into a self-sustaining engine by exploiting cost reduction and artifact generation. You begin by tapping Will, Scion of Peace to drastically slash the price of your white and/or blue spells based on life gained, which makes Mystic Speculation's buyback cost practically free to pay. Each time you cast that spell, Storm-Kiln Artist's magecraft ability triggers to forge a Treasure token. You then crack that very same Treasure for the blue mana needed to cast Mystic Speculation all over again, fueling an endless cycle of scrying and artifact triggers that builds your storm count to astronomical heights.
