How it works

1. Activate Will by tapping it, reducing the cost of all white and/or blue spells you cast this turn by at least 5.
2. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least .
3. Cast Whispers of the Muse with buyback by paying due to Will's ability, causing you to draw a card and return Whispers of the Muse to your hand.
4. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping the mana-producing permanent.
5. Repeat from step 2.
