How it works

1. Cast Revenge by paying 4, doubling your life total and causing target opponent to lose half their life total, rounded up.
2. Activate Will by tapping it, reducing the cost of all white and/or blue spells you cast this turn.
3. Cast Debt to the Deathless, choosing for X to equal the amount of life you've gained this turn, but paying a total of due to Will's ability.
4. Resolve Debt to the Deathless, causing each opponent to lose twice X life, and you to gain life equal to the life lost this way.
5. Each opponent loses the game due to having 0 or less life.

This brilliant sequence turns a massive life swing into an outright win by leveraging Will, Scion of Peace’s sorcery-speed tap ability to drastically discount your spells based on life gained. You begin by casting the Revenge half of Revival // Revenge, which instantly doubles your life total and sets up an enormous discount for later. You then cash in that massive life-gain window by casting Debt to the Deathless for a colossal value of X, paying only a fraction of its true cost thanks to Will's cost reduction. Because Debt to the Deathless drains opponents for twice that huge amount and returns all that life directly to you, your foes are left with zero or less life while your own life total skyrockets.
