How it works

1. Cast Tatterkite from your graveyard by paying 0 due to Hamza. It won't enter with a finality counter on it due to its static ability.
2. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Tatterkite.
3. Repeat.

This ingenious loop uses Leonardo, Sewer Samurai to repeatedly cast creatures with power or toughness 1 or less straight from your graveyard during your turn. Tatterkite fits this bill perfectly while leaning on its own static ability to safely ignore Leonardo's finality counter restriction. Meanwhile, Hamza, Guardian of Arashin acts as a cost reducer to make casting Tatterkite completely free, allowing you to feed it endlessly into Altar of Dementia to mill out your opponents.
