How it works
Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Priest of Gix.
When Priest of Gix dies, Rakdos triggers.
Holding priority, activate Haunted Crossroads by paying , putting Priest of Gix from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
Resolve the Rakdos trigger, causing you to exile the top three cards of your library with the ability to play them until your next end step.
Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability from step 1, causing target player to mill cards equal to Priest of Gix's power.
Cast Priest of Gix from exile by paying at most 2.
When Priest of Gix enters the battlefield, it triggers, adding .

This delightfully wicked loop sets up an engine that mills your opponents out while generating infinite black mana and churning through your entire library. With Hamza, Guardian of Arashin reducing creature spell costs based on your +1/+1 counters, you can repeatedly cast Priest of Gix from exile using the black mana it generates upon entering the battlefield. Altar of Dementia handles the sacrifice outlet to mill your library and opponents, while Haunted Crossroads easily fetches the Priest right back to the top of your library so Rakdos, the Muscle can exile it in response—letting you play your entire deck while the Rakdos triggers fuel your hand with whatever you need.
