How it works

1. Activate Avatar Kuruk by paying 20 minus 1 for each creature and/or artifact you can tap while activating it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. Repeat each turn.

This marvelous mechanism hinges on Avatar Kuruk—the transformed face of The Legend of Kuruk—whose powerful Exhaust ability lets you take infinite extra turns by paying its Waterbend cost. While an Exhaust ability can normally only be activated once per game, Elvish Refueler completely rewrites that restriction during your turn as long as you haven't yet used its own {1}{G} exhaust ability, letting you fresh-order your turns indefinitely. With Elvish Refueler standing guard on the battlefield, you can safely reset Avatar Kuruk's once-per-game limitation every single turn cycle to lock down the game and claim victory one extra turn at a time.
