How it works

1. Cast Astral Dragon by paying 6.
2. When Astral Dragon enters the battlefield, it and Molten Echoes trigger.
3. Resolve the Astral Dragon trigger, creating four token copies of Doubling Season that are 3/3 Dragon creatures in addition to their other types.
4. Resolve the Molten Echoes trigger, creating a total of 32 Astral Dragon tokens with haste.
5. When the Astral Dragon tokens enter the battlefield, they trigger, creating an extremely large number of Doubling Season tokens that are 3/3 Dragon creatures in addition to their other types.

This brilliant loop scales exponentially thanks to Doubling Season, which multiplies every incoming token creation by two. When Astral Dragon enters the battlefield, Molten Echoes and the Dragon's own entrance trigger together, allowing you to first duplicate Doubling Season into four copies. Molten Echoes then steps in to copy Astral Dragon itself, triggering a staggering multiplication avalanche that fills your board with dozens of hasty dragons and an absurd number of new Doubling Season copies.
