How it works

1. Cast Astral Dragon by paying 6.
2. When Astral Dragon enters the battlefield, it and Flameshadow Conjuring trigger.
3. Resolve the Astral Dragon trigger, creating four token copies of Doubling Season that are 3/3 Dragon creatures in addition to their other types.
4. Resolve the Flameshadow Conjuring trigger, causing you to pay to create a total of 32 Astral Dragon tokens with haste.
5. When the Astral Dragon tokens enter the battlefield, they trigger, creating an extremely large number of Doubling Season tokens that are 3/3 Dragon creatures in addition to their other types.

This explosive loop turns a single dragon into an overwhelming horde by letting a self-replicating engine feed on its own success. When you cast Astral Dragon, its entry triggers both its own token-copy ability and Flameshadow Conjuring waiting on the battlefield. Because Doubling Season is already in play to multiply your production, Astral Dragon's trigger creates four copies of Doubling Season instead of two. From there, paying the mana for Flameshadow Conjuring yields a massive wave of new Astral Dragon tokens, which in turn trigger exponentially more Doubling Season copies in an unstoppable, game-winning cascade.
