How it works

1. Cast Astral Dragon by paying 6.
2. When Astral Dragon enters the battlefield, it and Riku of Two Reflections' second ability trigger.
3. Resolve the Astral Dragon trigger, creating four token copies of Doubling Season that are 3/3 Dragon creatures in addition to their other types.
4. Resolve the Riku of Two Reflections' second ability trigger, causing you to pay to create a total of 32 Astral Dragon tokens
5. When the Astral Dragon tokens enter the battlefield, they trigger, creating an extremely large number of Doubling Season tokens that are 3/3 Dragon creatures in addition to their other types.

This magnificent loop begins the moment you cast Astral Dragon, which safely enters the battlefield under the watchful eye of Riku of Two Reflections. Because Doubling Season is already in play—or about to be—its replacement effect turns Astral Dragon's "Project Image" trigger into a swarm of dragon-shaped enchantments, which in turn exponentially multiplies every subsequent token created by Riku of Two Reflections' second ability. Once the initial stack resolves, you are left with an astronomical army of both dragons and empowered enchantments, completely overwhelming the board in a single explosive turn.
