How it works

1. Activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing Danitha
2. When Danitha dies, Fool's Demise triggers, returning Danitha from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
3. When Danitha enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Fool's Demise from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to Danitha.
4. Resolve the Umbral Collar Zealot ability.
5. Repeat.

This elegant loop relies on a self-sustaining cycle of rebirth between Danitha, Benalia's Hope and Fool's Demise. By using Umbral Collar Zealot to sacrifice Danitha, you trigger Fool's Demise to bring her right back to the battlefield; in turn, Danitha's entry ability plucks the Aura straight out of your graveyard and reattaches it to her, ready to repeat the process. Because Fool's Demise conveniently returns to your hand if it ever hits the graveyard separately—though here it bypasses that by going straight to the battlefield—the entire engine locks into a permanent loop. This fuels the Umbral Collar Zealot's sacrifice outlet indefinitely, giving you endless deaths, enters-the-battlefield triggers, and a bottomless supply of surveil to dig through your deck.
