How it works

1. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Danitha.
2. When Danitha dies, Fungal Fortitude triggers, returning Danitha from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
3. When Danitha enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Fungal Fortitude from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to Danitha.
4. Resolve the Shilgengar ability.
5. Repeat.

This loop transforms a modest sacrifice outlet into a perpetual engine by creating a self-sustaining cycle of resurrection. When you feed Danitha, Benalia's Hope to Shilgengar, Sire of Famine, her death triggers the latent Fungal Fortitude waiting in your graveyard to immediately bounce her right back. As Danitha re-enters the battlefield, her own triggered ability reaches back into the graveyard to pull Fungal Fortitude along with her, reattaching the Aura so the whole process can begin anew. Meanwhile, Shilgengar, Sire of Famine happily generates a Blood token off the sacrifice every single iteration, turning this cyclical resurrection into infinite artifacts, triggers, and fodder.
