How it works

  1. Activate the land's cycling ability by paying 1 and discarding it.
  2. When you cycle the land, Escape Protocol and Bone Miser's second ability trigger.
  3. Resolve Bone Miser's ability, adding B manaB mana.
  4. Resolve Escape Protocol's ability, paying 1 to blink Skullwinder.
  5. When Skullwinder enters, it triggers, returning the cycled land from your graveyard to your hand and allowing an opponent to return a card from their graveyard to their hand.
  6. Resolve the activated ability from step 1, drawing a card.
