How it works

  1. Activate Skirga Familiar by discarding Shrieking Drake, adding B mana.
  2. Oskar and Bone Miser's first ability triggers.
  3. Resolve the Bone Miser trigger, creating a 2/2 Zombie creature token.
  4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Zombie, adding U mana.
  5. Resolve the Oskar trigger, causing you to pay U mana to cast Shrieking Drake from your graveyard.
  6. When Shrieking Drake enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
  7. Repeat.
