How it works

1. Cast Grovetender Druids by paying 2.
2. When Grovetender Druids enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to pay 1 to create a 1/1 Plant creature token.
3. When the Plant enters the battlefield as an Ally due to Xenograft, Grovetender Druids triggers.
4. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Plant, adding 1.
5. Resolve the Grovetender Druids trigger, causing you to pay 1 to create a 1/1 Plant creature token.
6. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop turns Grovetender Druids into an endless token-making engine by leveraging Xenograft to rewrite the creature types of everything you own. With the enchantment set to Allies, every single token born from the Druids' rally ability also counts as an Ally, which in turn triggers the Druids all over again. Phyrexian Altar acts as the essential sacrifice outlet that cleans up your board while immediately converting each newly spawned Plant into the exact mana you need to pay for the Druids' triggered ability.
